Own Up to Your Mistakes

I hope this is not a shock to anyone, but we are not right ALL of the time. Sometimes we do things that are wrong thinking we are right. Sometimes we blame others. “He or she made me.” “If they would have…. I could have.” I’ve learned to really examine “me” when I start blaming others for stuff I did or did not do. When I really looked close, I realized God was revealing an area in my life I needed to either get rid of, overcome or an area I really needed to develop in. When you can take responsibility for your mistakes and missteps, you are more real and more of light that people can relate to. You also learn to be more compassionate and understanding of others and therefore more of an asset to the world. Plus, you will grow personally in so many other ways and avoid the traps of pride and trying to be perfect.
